14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

U.S. Return Delivery Time (Very Important)

For international customers, approved returns shipped to our U.S. warehouse may take:

7–15 business days to arrive, depending on:

  • Country of origin

  • Customs processing

Refund processing begins ONLY after the item is physically received and inspected at our U.S. warehouse.


🚨 Damaged or Wrong Items

Items That Cannot Be Returned

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  2. Once the return is approved and shipped back

  3. You may place a new order for the replacement product


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order was delivered within the European Union:

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • In original condition

    • With tags and original packaging


💰 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified by email

  • If approved:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

    • Processing takes up to 10 business days

    • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to finalize the refund
